Lunchtime talk with Andrew Black

23 February 2021, 13:00

Free to attend

As part of his Plural Futures Community Film Project, Andrew Black will be sharing more about the process of making his new film on Skye, and his wider artistic practice.

Pooling together learning about the connections between crofting, land struggle, changes in Gaelic culture, economic pressures, colonial wealth, and activism on Skye, Andy will share more about the process of making the film and the texts, resources, stories and recollections he’s encountered from across the island so far.

And, if you live on Skye and Lochalsh and might be interested in speaking to Andy about the film directly, or to share your thoughts, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you.

Talks begin at 1pm, take place online, and are free and open to all.

If we can make it easier for you to attend this event or help with access please get in touch with admin@atlasarts.org.uk in advance of the talk.
