This informal afternoon workshop at Raasay Hall invited people of all ages to spend time drawing the landscape with artist Daniel Godínez Nivón. Using simple materials, we explored drawing as a way of responding to place and thinking about our dreams.
The session focused on shapes, textures and impressions of Raasay, with relaxed prompts drawn from land, memory, and the kinds of images that linger or drift into daydreams and sleep. For those who wished, there will were opportunities to share drawings, thoughts, or stories – including quiet reflections on dreaming and how places stay with us.
